    Meet your host & welcome 15 min

    Meet at El Hoyo, a legendary 1912 bar, with a warm welcome and overview.

  2. 02

    Vaina: a colonial classic 30 min

    Hand-make the vaina, a colonial-era cocktail of sweet wine, egg and cocoa, with a bite.

  3. 03

    Terremoto: the earthquake drink 30 min

    Mix the terremoto, born here in 1978, and hear how German reporters named it in the '85 quake.

  4. 04

    Pisco Sour: Chile's national icon 30 min

    Master Chile's national cocktail and the Chile-Peru pisco rivalry, paired with ceviche.

  5. 05

    Piscola & cheers 15 min

    Pour the piscola locals drink every weekend and toast to Chile.

  6. 06

    Certificate & farewell 15 min

    Get your Terremoto Survivor certificate and recipes, and tips for your night out.
