We are a Chilean operator and charge in CLP. The currency menu shows an approximate conversion to USD, EUR or BRL; your bank sets the final exchange rate.

Yes. Every departure runs from one traveller. For larger groups we add a guide for every ten people, so the group stays manageable.

Yes. Write to us on WhatsApp with the date, group size and the tour you like, and we will send you a quote.

Each tour page shows the exact meeting point with a map. Walking tours start next to a metro station. Full-day adventures include pickup at a central Santiago point.

You choose English, Spanish or Portuguese when you book. All our guides speak the three languages.

No. Tips are optional and always appreciated by the guides.

Most walking tours welcome all ages. Tours with alcohol are 18+, the copper workshop and adventure day are 12+, and diving is 15+ with certification. The age is listed on every tour.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start (48 hours for full-day tours). After that, and for no-shows, we cannot refund.

Reply to your confirmation email or write on WhatsApp with your booking reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Walking tours run with light rain. For paragliding, rafting and diving, if conditions are unsafe we move you to another date or refund you in full.
