Cancellation policy

Cancelling your booking

• Walking tours, food tours, classes and museum tours: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time, with a 100% refund.
• Full-day tours (adventure day, diving): free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time, with a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made after those windows, and no-shows, are not refundable.

To cancel, reply to your confirmation email or write to us on WhatsApp (+56 9 9923 9310) with your booking reference. We process refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method; the time the money takes to appear depends on your bank or on PayPal.

Changing the date

Inside the free-cancellation window you can move your booking to another available date at no cost. Outside it we will try to help when there is availability, but we cannot guarantee a change.

When we cancel

If we must cancel because of weather, safety, strikes, closures of the venues we visit or other reasons outside your control, we offer another date or a 100% refund, as you prefer. Paragliding, rafting and diving depend on wind, river and sea conditions assessed by the certified operators on the day.

Late arrivals

Tours leave at the time shown in your voucher. If you are running late, message us on WhatsApp; we will tell you where to join the group when possible. Late arrivals that miss the tour count as no-shows.
